What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unworn condition with original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain compression garments must be unopened to qualify for a return.
Are Bauerfeind products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Bauerfeind products are manufactured to the highest quality standards in Germany and come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Can I wash my sports braces and supports?
Yes, most of our products are machine washable. We recommend using a gentle cycle with cold water and a mesh laundry bag, then air drying. Avoid fabric softeners and dryers to maintain the elasticity of the knit.
Do you offer direct billing for insurance claims?
We do not offer direct billing. However, we provide a detailed invoice with every purchase that includes all the information typically required to submit a claim to your private insurance provider.
